It’s important to know what you want from the beginning of the website design process. Having a clear understanding of your requirements will help us create a website that meets all of your needs. We will need to be in regular contact with you, and your availability will play a significant role in the design process. In order to ensure a successful project, we will need the following from you at the start:
Content: Whether you plan on writing the content yourself or outsourcing it to us, we need as much information as possible upfront. Without the content, we won’t be able to go live.
Images: If you have specific photos that you want to use on the website, we’ll need them at the beginning of the process. If you’re outsourcing the images to us, you should have an idea of the types of images you want.
Other items: We’ll need high quality logo images, links, and any other information you want included on the site at the start of the process. These elements will affect the layout and design of the website.
There are a few factors to consider when determining the price for a website development project:
Scope of work: The scope of work will impact the price of a website development project. A more complex website with more features and functionality will generally cost more than a simpler website with fewer features.
Size of the website: The size of the website, in terms of the number of pages and the amount of content, will also affect the price. A larger website with more pages and content will generally cost more than a smaller website.
Level of customization: The level of customization required for the website will also impact the price. Custom-designed websites with unique features and functionality will generally cost more than websites that use pre-designed templates.
It’s important to carefully consider these factors and discuss them with the development team in order to determine a fair and reasonable price for the website development project.
There are two main reasons that website design projects can be delayed:
Lack of content: Without content, there can’t be a website. Content is the foundation of any website, so if it’s missing, it will hold up the launch of the website. Whether you’re creating the content yourself or outsourcing it to us, it’s important to make sure it’s part of your planning process.
Approval turnaround times: Delays in getting approval can disrupt the process. Streamlining the approval process will help the project stay on schedule. Bureaucracy or a lack of time to review design steps can cause delays. Whenever possible, approval and feedback should be delegated to a few people who can make decisions quickly.
All of our plans come with standard support, which means that we are available to help with any issues or questions you may have.
